TrustCrypto Institute offers professional certification programmes and educational resources in cryptoasset advisory and compliance. Our programmes are available for purchase through our website. Please note that TrustCrypto does not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment services.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by TrustCrypto Institute, full payment for participation in any of our certification programmes is required at the time of registration.
When you purchase any of our programmes, following payment clearance, your access to the corresponding resources — including study materials, examination scheduling, and candidate portal — will be activated.
Refund eligibility is determined by two conditions:
After seven days of purchase, we will not be able to process any refund requests, regardless of whether resources have been accessed.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of TrustCrypto Institute.
You will not be eligible for any refund if TrustCrypto Institute takes action against your account due to involvement in restricted activities as outlined in our Terms of Service. Restricted activities include, but are not limited to, academic dishonesty, misuse of examination materials, fraudulent registration, and violation of the Code of Professional Conduct.
If you do not pass your certification examination, a re-sit fee may apply. Re-sit fees are non-refundable. Details of re-sit policies are provided to candidates at the time of examination registration.
