Article 2 - Customer Account Information
2.1 Account information. To use certain parts of the Services, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 Prohibition on sharing. You must not share your account or login credentials with any other person, or otherwise allow any other person to access the Services through your account, unless we have expressly agreed in writing.
Article 3 - Ordering and Accessing Services
3.1 Use of Services. Certain tools, calculators, study materials, certification programmes or other features may be provided on a free or paid basis. Any order or one-off purchase made via the Services will be subject to the pricing and commercial terms displayed at the point of purchase.

Completion of onboarding constitutes access to programme resources for the purposes of refund eligibility.
3.3 No guarantees. TrustCrypto does not guarantee that any particular advisor, product, return or outcome will be available through the Services. Certification does not guarantee employment, professional recognition by third parties, or any specific career outcome. All Services are provided on a professional development and informational basis and are subject to change or withdrawal at our discretion.
Article 4 - Services and Disclaimers
4.1 Professional standards body. TrustCrypto Institute is an independent professional standards body offering certification and continuing professional development. We are not a regulated investment advisor, broker, or tax advisor. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, investment or other regulated financial advice, and no content should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
4.2 "As is" / no warranty. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
Article 5 - Acceptable Use
5.1 Prohibited uses. You must not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. You must not upload or transmit any malware, spam, or other code that could damage or interfere with the Services or other users.
5.2 No reverse engineering. You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Services, except to the limited extent permitted by Applicable Laws.
5.3 Examination integrity. During any examination sitting, you must comply with the Candidate Integrity Agreement presented before the exam. You must not copy, screenshot, record, or share any examination content by any means. You must not use external tools, AI assistants, or receive assistance from any person during a sitting. All activity during examination sittings is monitored and logged. Any breach of examination conduct rules constitutes misconduct and may result in disqualification, certificate revocation, or a permanent ban from future sittings. Full examination policies are available at trustcrypto.co.uk/exams/policies.

7.2 Refund policy. Refund eligibility for certification purchases is determined by two conditions: (a) whether you have accessed any programme resources, and (b) whether the request is made within seven (7) days of purchase. If you have completed onboarding and accessed study materials, the candidate portal, or examination scheduling, no refund will be processed regardless of when the request is made. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
